Your account

Access is by invitation from your practice. Your account is yours alone: sign-in codes go to your email, and you are responsible for keeping that inbox yours. Your practice can withdraw access, and either of us can close the account.

Not medical advice

OnePanel organizes and explains your health information. It does not diagnose, does not prescribe, and does not replace your clinician. AI features explain what your own record shows and may offer general fitness and food ideas when you ask; they never provide medical advice, and anything about starting, stopping or changing treatment belongs with your practice. If something feels urgent, contact your practice or emergency services — never wait on an app.

Your data

Your record is yours and your practice's. What we collect and who can see it is in the privacy policy. You keep ownership of what you log; you give us the permission needed to store and display it back to you and your practice — that is all the license we take.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access anyone else's record, probe or overload the service, or use it to break the law. Accounts doing so will be closed.

The service

We aim to keep OnePanel available and correct, and we ship carefully — but the service is provided as-is, without warranties, and we may change or discontinue features. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service, which for invited patients is typically nothing.

Changes

If these terms change materially, the effective date above changes and your practice will be told. Continuing to use OnePanel after a change means accepting it.
